Education Champions Event

The Baldwin Education Coalition is proud to host An Evening of Education Champions on Friday, February 26, 2027, at 6:00 p.m. at The Venue in downtown Fairhope, Alabama. Proceeds from the event benefit the Baldwin Proud Future Teacher Scholarship Fund.

The fund supports the Baldwin Proud Future Teacher Scholarship, awarded to graduating seniors and undergraduates pursuing a degree in education, as well as the Josh Hall Memorial Scholarship, which supports Baldwin County Public Schools employees and their children who aspire to become teachers or further their education.

Now in its fifth year, An Evening of Education Champions brings together community members, businesses, educators, and supporters to celebrate the future of public education in Baldwin County. The evening will feature updates from Superintendent Marty McRae, silent and live auctions, and opportunities to support future educators across the county. Last year, proceeds from the event helped the Coalition award $57,000 in scholarships.

There are several ways to become an Education Champion in 2027, including event sponsorships, silent or live auction donations, and ticket purchases. Every contribution helps invest in future educators and strengthen public education in Baldwin County.
