Many groups are stepping up in new and different ways to help create 21st century schools for Baldwin County. Building needed relationships is key to achieving our goals.
To date, the Baldwin County Education Coalition has established three important advisory groups that meet quarterly to learn about progress under way in our schools and community:

Baldwin County principals meet informally with the Coalition to share their perspective on progress under way in the schools and community.
Teacher leaders from each school convene quarterly to inform the work of the Coalition and serve continually as liaisons between their faculties and county-wide advocacy efforts.
Local parent organization leaders are essential partners in the Coalition – key advocates for school improvement who meet quarterly to share ideas and identify strategies for action in their respective communities.
